If the notification-app still doesn’t show the count of messages in the action center, go to setup the related option to get it working. You need to disable all of the rules and then check if the Notification App is fine.
Simply change the switch from ON to Off position. * On its right side pane, scroll to Automatic rules heading. * Navigate to the System category, and go to Focus Assist tab. * On your desktop, click or tap on the Windows button at the left-bottom corner, and select the Settings app from Start menu.
To get rid of that, you’d better turn all the automatic rules off completely. Once you have already enabled any “Automatic Rules” in Windows 10, the Focus Assist switch will be overridden by that and the notifications from Windows app are suppressed.
